  19. Try ETS 300 383 "Integrated Services Digital Network; File Transfer over the
  20. ISDN; EUROFILE transfer profile", obtainable from the ETSI Secretariat for
  21. about 54 ECU.

  23. ETSI can be mailed at "secretariat@etsi.fr". They also have an FTP server
  24. (ftp.etsi.fr) but I don't believe ETSs are available on-line.

  28. Can't help you here I'm afraid, although somebody knowledgeable at the ETSI
  29. Secretariat ought to be able to point you towards those ETSI Members with
  30. an interest in this area. The relevant committee is STC-TE2.
